Hotel is open

Despite the stricter measures from the government, you can stay in our hotel without any conserns. Your safety and health, and that of our employees, are central to this. We continue to follow the guidelines of the RIVM and on this page you will find all information about the measures that apply in our hotel. This allows you to enjoy a safe and relaxed stay in our hotel.

PLEASE NOTE, VERY IMPORTANT!

Do you have any cold-like symptoms, including cold in the nose, runny nose, soar throat, mild cough or a temperature higher than 38 degrees Celsius/100.4 Fahrenheit? If yes, you are requested to stay home and not to come to the hotel.

It is important that you follow the instructions of the hotel staff members during your stay with us. Additionally, all guests and staff members at our hotel are requested to carefully follow the precautionary measures below:

Overnight stay

We have drawn up a number of guidelines to ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely:
  • Bookings only go online. If you need help with this, don't hesitate to contact us by phone;
  • We ask you to disinfect your hands upon entry;
  • You are in possession of a valid ID;
  • You come with a maximum of 2 persons per room. It is not allowed to receive visitors in your room;
  • Preferably pay with card.

Our rooms are professionally cleaned every day and the door handles of all doors in our hotel are cleaned several times a day.All our employees wash their hands every half an hour.

Food & Drinks

Breakfast

For you as a hotel guest, we offer the possibility to pick up breakfast, which you can enjoy in your room. During check-in you will receive a breakfast card, on which you can fill in the desired products. The evening before, you must hand in the breakfast card at the reception.

Lunch & dinner

Our restaurant is closed to both hotel guests and non-hotel guests.

Room service and take out

It is possible to collect dinner and breakfast at an agreed time in the restaurant and enjoy it in the room.

  • Keep 1.5 meters away from both our employees and other guests.
  • Room service is not allowed
  • Preferably pay with pin or contactless.

Brunch

Unfortunately, we cannot offer brunch at this time. For parties and celebrations, you can contact us by telephone on 0299 ​​43 68 58.

Can we eat at the restaurant again?
No, unfortunately our restaurant is closed.

What are the safety measures you have taken?
We have taken quite a few safety measures. Our rooms are given a thorough cleaning, on a daily basis. We clean all door handles several times a day. We wash our hands every hour. Our restaurant has a new set-up, so that you have more spaceand there are fewer people, having breakfast or dinner at the same time. Part of this new set-up is a reservation system. On different locations in the hotel you will find disinfections columns that allow you to disinfect your hands, quickly and conveniently.

Can I book a room again?
Yes, you can! Did you know that our hotel has never been closed? You can book straight away.

Can I rent an (electric) bicycle at the hotel?
Yes, hotel guests can make reservations for an (electric) bike through our reception desk. Packed lunch can also be reserved through reception. Each hotel has fine bicycle routes (20/40/60 km) in the surrounding area – suggestions are ready and waiting for you.
