We are very pleased to welcome more and more guests. As you may know our hotel never closed for overnight stays. From the 1st of July guests can have breakfast and dinner in our restaurant. For this we have adjusted our working method and our public spaces. This allows you to enjoy our hotel safe and relaxed. On this page you can read all about it.

PLEASE NOTE, VERY IMPORTANT!

Do you have any cold-like symptoms, including cold in the nose, runny nose, soar throat, mild cough or a temperature higher than 38 degrees Celsius/100.4 Fahrenheit? If yes, you are requested to stay home and not to come to the hotel.

It is important that you follow the instructions of the hotel staff members during your stay with us. Additionally, all guests and staff members at our hotel are requested to carefully follow the precautionary measures below:

Overnight stay

We have drawn up a number of guidelines to ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely:
  • Bookings only go online. If you need help with this, don't hesitate to contact us by phone;
  • We ask you to disinfect your hands upon entry;
  • You are in possession of a valid ID;
  • You come with a maximum of 2 persons per room. It is not allowed to receive visitors in your room;
  • Preferably pay with card.

Our rooms are professionally cleaned every day and the door handles of all doors in our hotel are cleaned several times a day.All our employees wash their hands every half an hour.

Breakfast

From July 1, guests can have breakfast in the restaurant. As usual, this is buffet style. We have taken various measures so that you as a guest can enjoy your breakfast safely and healthily

  • Breakfast takes place in the Beemsterpolder restaurant.
  • We ask you to disinfect your hands upon entering.
  • We have mapped out a route with arrows in our restaurant and we ask you to follow it.
  • We indicate on this route a 1.5 meter boundary on strips and ask for your patience, so that every guest can safely use the buffet.
  • Keep 1.5 meters away from our employees and other guests.
  • Preferably pay by debit card or contactless, if you as a guest have breakfast without an overnight stay

Lunch & dinner

From July 1, guests can have lunch and dinner in the restaurant. We request that you reserve due to the limited seating. We have taken various measures so that you as a guest can enjoy your lunch or dinner safely and healthily. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to book or take a seat in the restaurant with groups of more than 8 people.

  • Lunch and dinner take place in the Beemsterpolder restaurant.
  • We request that you reserve due to limited seats.
  • Reservation via the website is desirable.
  • We ask you to disinfect your hands upon entering.
  • We ask you to take a seat at a designated table.
  • You will be assigned a permanent seat.
  • Standing in the restaurant is unfortunately not allowed.
  • We have mapped out a route with arrows in our restaurant and we ask you to follow it.
  • Keep 1.5 meters away from both our employees and other guests.
  • Preferably pay with pin or contactless.

Terrace

From 1 July, our terrace will also be open to guests again. We do not reserve places on the terrace, except for groups larger than 4 people.

  • We ask you to disinfect your hands upon entering.
  • We ask you to take a seat at a designated table.
  • You will not be assigned a permanent seat.
  • Standing on the terrace is unfortunately not allowed.
  • We have mapped out a route with arrows in our restaurant and we ask you to follow it. On the terrace you will be shown the route by your hostess or gentleman.
  • Keep 1.5 meters away from both our employees and other guests.
  • Preferably pay with pin or contactless.

Room service and take out

For guests who prefer breakfast or dinner in their room, we have an option to pick up your order at the reception. You also have the option to use room service. For this we charge extra costs of € 7.50 (normally € 10 for dinner and € 15 for breakfast).

  • Standing in the restaurant is unfortunately not allowed. We therefore ask you to take a seat while you wait for your order.
  • We bring room service to your door on a serving trolley. We ask you to take the order yourself.
  • Keep 1.5 meters away from both our employees and other guests.
  • Preferably pay with pin or contactless.

Brunch

Unfortunately, we cannot offer brunch at this time. For parties and celebrations, you can contact us by telephone on 0299 ​​43 68 58.

Frequently asked questions

Can we eat at the restaurant again?
Yes, you can! As guest with an overnight stay booking you can enjoy delicious breakfast and dinner at the restaurants in our hotels. You can make breakfast and dinner reservations while booking your overnight stay at our hotel. We hope, we can welcome guests without overnight stay soon again as well in our restaurant and on our terrace. Unfortunately that cannot be realised yet.

What are the safety measures you have taken?
We have taken quite a few safety measures. Our rooms are given a thorough cleaning, on a daily basis. We clean all door handles several times a day. We wash our hands every hour. Our restaurant has a new set-up, so that you have more spaceand there are fewer people, having breakfast or dinner at the same time. Part of this new set-up is a reservation system. On different locations in the hotel you will find disinfections columns that allow you to disinfect your hands, quickly and conveniently.

Can I book a room again?
Yes, you can! Did you know that our hotel has never been closed? You can book straight away and also make use of a number of fantastic packages. et.

Can I rent an (electric) bicycle at the hotel?
Yes, hotel guests can make reservations for an (electric) bike through our reception desk. Packed lunch can also be reserved through reception. Each hotel has fine bicycle routes (20/40/60 km) in the surrounding area – suggestions are ready and waiting for you.
