Our chef André Bruijgoms works with regional and seasonal products and is happy to help with the interpretation and choice of dishes.

In our brochure you will find numerous options for gastronomically spoiling you and your guests. The different dishes in the menus are easy to exchange, allowing you to put together your own menu.

We also offer different buffets. If you want the buffet in the summer, we also offer an expansion with a Barbeque buffet, where our white brigade will cook "live" for you. For extensive and personal advice you can make an appointment with the Banqueting department.
